More Than a Name.A Track Record.
Dr. Ifeoluwa Oladeji Solomon was born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State. He did not come to real estate through sales. He came to it through the land itself.
As a professional surveyor and GIS expert, he spent his early years in the field, learning how land is identified, measured, verified, and documented. Through Solomex Multipurpose Services, he mapped and digitised over 25,000 hectares of land in Irawo Owode, Oyo State, worked on the Irawo Dam and water supply project, and led survey teams for water pipeline rehabilitation across Edo State. He learned the market from the ground up, where most people only ever see the surface.
That technical grounding shaped everything that followed. In 2023, he co-founded Landnest Homes and Properties to build the kind of real estate company Nigeria was missing: one where ownership is accessible, documentation is sound, and buyers are educated before they sign. Today he also chairs the Lovande Group and leads The Ifeoluwa Oladeji Foundation.
Speaking to Vanguard News in 2025, he described the problem he set out to solve in his own words:
“Property ownership in Nigeria has for too long been associated with uncertainty: unclear titles, delayed allocations, and investments that leave people worse off than when they started. My mission is to dismantle that reality. I am committed to delivering real estate that is accessible to Nigerians across every income level, backed by documentation that is thorough and legally sound, and allocated with the speed and transparency that investors deserve. Land is not just an asset. It is a legacy.”
