This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled on www.ifeoluwaoladeji.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Dr. Ifeoluwa Oladeji Solomon (the "Site Owner"). It is written with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 in mind.
1. Information collected
Information you choose to provide. The contact form on the Site asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason for your enquiry and your message. The Site does not store this information. When you press "Send Message", your device opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled, and it is only sent if you choose to send it there. Information you send by WhatsApp, email or phone is received by the Site Owner through those services.
Technical information. Like most websites, the Site's hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited. These records are used to run and secure the Site.
No tracking cookies. The Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build profiles of visitors.
2. How information is used
- To respond to your enquiry, consultation request or partnership proposal.
- To follow up on a conversation you have started.
- To keep the Site secure and working properly.
Your information is processed on the basis of your consent, the steps you ask to be taken before entering into an agreement, and the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. It is never sold or rented, and it is not used for unsolicited marketing.
3. When information is shared

- with a business the Site Owner leads, such as Landnest Homes and Properties, the Lovande Group or The Ifeoluwa Oladeji Foundation, where your enquiry concerns that business and it needs your details to respond;
- with service providers that make communication and hosting possible, such as WhatsApp, email providers and the Site's hosting provider, each of which handles data under its own privacy terms;
- where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.
4. Transfers outside Nigeria
Some service providers, including WhatsApp and the Site's hosting provider, may process information outside Nigeria. Where this happens, reasonable steps are taken to ensure your information remains protected as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 requires.
5. How long information is kept
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and are then deleted, unless the law requires them to be kept longer.
6. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
- ask what personal information is held about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- object to, or ask to restrict, how your information is used;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- receive your information in a portable format.

7. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and reasonable measures are taken to protect information received. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected.
9. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, including news publications, social media and the websites of related businesses. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
